1. Acceptance of the terms

These terms of use regulate the access and use of the SonidoenRed platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), accessible at sonidoenred.com. By registering or using any feature of the Platform, you accept these terms, as well as the privacy policy and the legal notice.

If you do not agree with any of the points set out here, we ask that you not use the Platform.

2. Description of the service

SonidoenRed is a free educational platform focused on professional sound. It offers training content, articles, a price comparator for informational purposes and an optional newsletter.

The Platform is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any feature at any time.

3. Registration and user account

To access certain features you must create an account. By registering you agree to:

Provide truthful, current and complete information.
Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
Be over 14 years of age. If you are under 14, you need the consent of your legal guardian.
Not share your account with third parties or create accounts in an automated way.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

4. Acceptable use

By using the Platform you agree not to:

Carry out illegal, fraudulent activities or those contrary to good faith.
Send spam, unsolicited advertising content or malware.
Attempt to access restricted areas, other users' accounts or server systems without authorisation.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract content in bulk.
Publish content that infringes third-party rights, or that is offensive, discriminatory or attacks human dignity.

5. Intellectual property

All content published by SonidoenRed (texts, images, designs, code, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Personal, non-commercial use of the content is permitted, as well as citation with express indication of the source. Any other use requires prior written authorisation.

User-generated content (for example, comments or messages) remains the property of its authors, but the user grants SonidoenRed a non-exclusive, worldwide and free licence to display it within the Platform.

6. Price comparator and third-party links

The comparator displays prices and specifications of products from third-party shops for purely informational purposes. Any purchases you make are formalised with the corresponding shop, whose commercial conditions, warranties, returns and customer service are independent of SonidoenRed.

SonidoenRed does not take part in any transaction, does not receive any commission from purchases made, and is not responsible for any incidents with external sellers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonidoenRed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

The above does not affect the rights that consumer and user legislation grants to the user when acting as a consumer.

8. Modifications to the terms

We may update these terms whenever necessary. We will notify you of relevant changes by email or through a visible notice on the Platform. Continued use after the notification implies acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, unless consumer and user legislation determines another venue.
