AKG K240 MKII vs AKG K240 Studio

The K240 Studio and K240 MKII are AKG's classic semi-open studio headphones. They share design and character; the difference is the kit.

Which one to choose

Both are semi-open, 55 ohm and easy to drive from any interface, with a detachable cable. The MKII includes more accessories: two cables (one straight, one coiled) and two pairs of ear pads, velour and faux leather, which make long sessions more comfortable. If you want the K240 sound for the lowest price, the K240 Studio; if you will wear them for hours or share them in the studio, the K240 MKII.
